Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. We clean between every stay and the window is short, so we do need to keep to these times.

Yes. Entry is by keypad and we send you the code in advance, so there is no arrival deadline and nobody you need to meet. Please come and go quietly after 21:00.

We send it by Airbnb message before you travel, along with the exact address and directions from the station.

Yes. Both bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor (2F), reached by an internal staircase, so the house is not step-free.

It is compact: one induction ring, a sink, a fridge-freezer, a microwave and a kettle, plus pans, knives, plates and cutlery. It suits breakfast, a simple dinner or reheating what you bring home rather than elaborate cooking. There is a supermarket a short walk away, and a takoyaki pan in the cupboard.

Yes. Two separate bedrooms, a washer-dryer and a kitchen make it easy with children, and because you have the whole house there are no other guests and no shared areas — just your own family or friends. There are four beds and one futon set, sleeping up to five. Do bear in mind that the bedrooms are upstairs.

Very close — one stop on the JR Kyoto Line to Higashi-Yodogawa, then about eight minutes on foot. From Shin-Osaka itself it is around four minutes by taxi, or a twelve-minute walk if you would rather not change trains.
