午後9時以降はお静かに
Please respect the neighborhood and avoid loud noises or music late at night.
全面禁煙（お香も不可）
Including the balcony. A penalty fee will apply if violated.
路上駐車の禁止
Please use nearby coin parking lots. Do not park in front of the house or neighbors' houses.
家具の移動禁止
Please do not rearrange the beds, sofas, or heavy furniture to avoid damaging the floors.
お湯のご利用に関する注意
The hot water tank has a capacity limit. Please avoid leaving the hot water running continuously for a very long time.

What time is check-in and check-out? チェックイン・チェックアウトの時間は何時ですか？
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please follow the times strictly to allow for cleaning.
チェックインは午後4時、チェックアウトは午前10時です。清掃のため、時間は厳守でお願いいたします。
Is smoking allowed? 喫煙は可能ですか？
No, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the balcony. This also applies to incense.
ベランダを含め、敷地内は全面禁煙です。お香などの使用もご遠慮ください。
Is there parking available? 駐車場はありますか？
We do not have private parking. Please use nearby coin parking lots, and do not park on the street.
専用駐車場はございません。お近くのコインパーキングをご利用ください。路上駐車は絶対におやめください。
Can I host a party? パーティーを開くことはできますか？
Parties and events are not allowed. We kindly ask you to keep the noise down after 9:00 PM out of respect for our neighbors.
パーティーやイベントは禁止されています。近隣への配慮のため、午後9時以降はお静かにお過ごしください。
Is this place good for families? ご家族での宿泊に向いていますか？
Yes. The house is suitable for families and small groups, with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a washer-dryer, and enough space for up to 5 guests.

Is this place suitable for long stays? 長期滞在にも向いていますか？
Yes. The washer-dryer, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and cooking basics make it convenient for longer stays.

How far is it from Shin-Osaka? 新大阪駅からどのくらいですか？
It is about 1 stop from Shin-Osaka by JR, about 4 minutes by taxi depending on traffic, and also about a 12-minute walk directly from Shin-Osaka Station.
新大阪駅からはJRで1駅、交通状況によりますがタクシーで約4分です。また、新大阪駅から徒歩約12分でも直接アクセスできます。
Do you have Wi-Fi for remote work or streaming? リモートワークや動画視聴に使えるWi-Fiはありますか？
Yes. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in the house.

Can I watch movies or videos in the room? 部屋で映画や動画を見ることはできますか？
Yes. A home theater projector and screen are available.

Yes. Self check-in is available with a dial lock, but please keep noise to a minimum, especially at night.

Yes. The bedrooms are on the second floor, so guests will need to use stairs inside the house.

Yes. Clean towels and linens are provided for your stay.

Please check with us in advance. Depending on the cleaning schedule and availability, we may not always be able to accommodate luggage storage.

Can I receive packages or send luggage to the property? 宿宛に荷物を送ることはできますか？
Please avoid sending parcels directly to the property unless arranged in advance.

There is no private parking on site. Please use nearby paid parking if you come by car.
