In Osaka, takoyaki is something you make at home, around a hot plate, with everyone reaching in at once. There is a takoyaki pan in the kitchen cupboard with the rest of the cookware, and a supermarket a short walk away — pick up batter and octopus on the way back, and that is the evening sorted.
大阪の味は、みんなで鉄板を囲んで焼くのがいちばんです。たこ焼き器は調理器具と一緒にキッチンの棚に。徒歩圏内にスーパーがありますので、帰り道に材料を買ってくれば、それだけで一晩楽しめます。
新大阪から1駅
Higashi-Yodogawa on the JR Kyoto Line is one stop from Shin-Osaka. If you are coming off the Shinkansen it is about four minutes by taxi, or a twelve-minute walk. From Kansai Airport, the Haruka express runs straight through to Shin-Osaka.
JR京都線「東淀川駅」は新大阪から1駅です。新幹線でお越しの場合、新大阪からタクシーで約4分、徒歩でも約12分。関西空港からは「はるか」で新大阪まで乗り換えなしです。
